Job Description:

Synovation is seeking Call Center Agents to act as our front-line in our phone support customer service department.
Willing to train qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will assist the clinical staff by performing a variety of office-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Certified Medical Assistant

Core Job Duties (but not limited to):

  • Superior Customer Service – Phone support
  • Greet and address patients’ inquiries professionally
  • Ensure patient information is correct
  • Handle telephone calls regarding patient accounts.
  • Provide information about available services provided by the clinic
  • Dependable: Must be able to be at on-time and as scheduled
  • Computer Applications and Data Entry: Enter customer data, Excel, MSWord, Outlook
  • General Administrative duties: filing, scanning, emailing, research

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school Diploma or GED (required)
  • Associates or higher (preferred)
  • Experience with chronic pain population (preferred)
  • Proven ability to work and participate as a team player
