Creating a Patient Portal Account
1. To start setting up your patient portal account, please contact our office and request an email invitation.
You will not be able to create a patient portal account without this email invitation.
2. Find the Click Here link in the email. Be sure to check your spam / junk mailbox if you don’t see the email in your inbox. The email will look something like the example.
